Lee Boon Hock | Founder and Managing Director

Mr Lee Boon Hock has over 40 years’ of working experience in the civil engineering and construction business. He charts our company’s strategic direction and business planning and development and also oversees our operations and management of projects. Apart from long-term planning of our company’s business strategy and overall direction, he oversees our company’s succession planning. 

He also provides introduction to business contacts and contributes his experience and guidance in project management and tender submission for our company’s construction projects.

Chua Soon Guan | Executive Director

Mr Chua Soon Guan, leveraging on the complementary expertise and experience of our managing director, supports the strategic growth of our company’s operations, and drives the development and execution of its business strategies, including securing construction contracts through structuring contracts and/or partnerships with potential customers. His responsibilities also include day-to-day business operations and assisting in tender submissions. He is also responsible for overseeing the technical and services aspects of our company’s operations department, including project planning, job site management, compliance with building rules and regulations and quality supervision as well as project completion.
